As well as acupuncture, we offer nutritional advice, lifestyle coaching, Bach Flower Therapy, and kinesiology coaching. Our first session is focused entirely on understanding what makes you “YOU”. This provides us with the framework to build your unique plan and then the FUN begins and the treatment/coaching starts. You can come to clinic and enjoy the relaxed environment and receive a tailored program or we you can help you to learn to do the same online to take care of yourself each and every day.
