Elaine and Nicky have an interest in maintaining wellness with extensive knowledge in health, nutrition and lifestyle management which can help improve your wellbeing. They incorporates Acupuncture (haumanu-ā-ngira), Guasha, Moxa, Cupping, Acupressure, Electrotherapy, nutrition and Bach flower Remedies into the treatment plan.

Elaine and Nicky often work closely with your GP, Specialist, Midwife and other health practitioners to achieve the best outcomes.

Nicky is also a Kinesiology practitioner 

Qualifications and Member Associations:

Elaine has been involved in the health profession for the past 25 years. Elaine trained initially as a Registered Nurse (NZ), then as a Midwife (UK) and more recently as an Acupuncturist (NZ and Nanjing China).

Elaine is a member of NZASA (New Zealand Acupuncture Standards Association) and NZIA (New Zealand Institute of Acupuncture) which assures you that strict clinical guidelines are adhered to and disposable needles are used to maintain an optimum level of hygiene. She also undergos regular education keeping up to date to improve my practice.

Nicky’s professional education includes belonging to NZASA. She has been a nurse (NZ) for the past 25 years, and acupuncturist for over 10 years.
Nicky studied different models of kinesiology including Touch for health, neurolinguistic kinesiology, SIPS and Numbripad Allergy Elimination Technique.
